Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient service operations
- Coordinating with team members to guarantee timely meal production and service
- Monitoring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Addressing employee performance and promoting a positive work environment
- Reporting operational issues and collaborating with management to implement solutions
