Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory roles preferred
- must complete sanitation certification within the first year
- ability to work occasional nights and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- ability to collaborate effectively with a team

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production packets such as production sheets and recipes
- direct daily food service activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality standards
- ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
- maintain serving schedules according to menu specifications
- uphold a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed
- supervise and evaluate employees promoting growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe work environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete all food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask efficiently
- fill in for absent employees
- coordinate catering events and ensure timely delivery
- work occasional night and weekend events
- attend food service meetings
- communicate effectively with staff
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
