- SERV Safe Certification required or obtained with in 3 months of hire

Job Duties
- Supervises, coordinates, trains, and counsels employees
- assists in maintaining and improving standards of food preparation and service
- maintains high standards of safety and sanitation
- ensures all general duties are performed in assigned areas to ensure high quality customer service
- performs cleaning tasks to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all food service areas
- has direct contact with employees and visitors
