- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervises, coordinates, trains, and counsels employees
- Assists in maintaining and improving standards of food preparation and service
- Maintains high standards of safety and sanitation
- Ensures all general duties are performed in the assigned areas to maintain high quality customer service
- Performs cleaning tasks to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all food service areas
- Directly contacts both employees and visitors
- Manages cafeteria and catering services for hospital events
