Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • prior supervisory or leadership experience in food service
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Supervise kitchen and staff to ensure efficient service
  • assist with food preparation and maintain culinary quality
  • ensure food safety and sanitation compliance (ServSafe preferred)
  • train, mentor, and support team members
  • manage inventory
  • oversee food presentation and portion control
  • maintain a positive and safe dining experience for students and staff
