Job Requirements
- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to follow company recipes and contractual requirements
- Food Handler’s certification (preferred)
- Advanced culinary degree (nice-to-have)

Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees during daily kitchen operations
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to meet daily food production needs and contractual obligations
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Communicating effectively with team members to promote a positive work environment
- Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
