Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Illustrate the companys expectations by preparing and serving food at a high standard, showing others the proper way to maintain quality
  • verify the implementation of food safety procedures, such as overseeing hand washing practices, temperature control measures, and shelf life monitoring
  • help in addressing customer grievances to promote a satisfying and seamless dining service
  • oversee the teams performance, assisting in arranging schedules, regulating break schedules, and ensuring smooth transitions during shift changes
  • support and train team members, giving feedback and guidance on food crafting and patron service techniques
  • maintain all equipment to ensure it is functional and in good operating condition, and report any faults promptly
  • handle administrative activities, such as managing cash flow, conducting banking operations, and checking stock levels
  • pool resources with coworkers to meet the established objectives for revenue targets, food quality metrics, and sanitation goals
