- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple employees effectively

Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff to improve service knowledge and operational skills
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitoring kitchen equipment and cleanliness to uphold safety standards
