Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple employees effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols
  • Ability to work onsite full-time

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
  • Culinary arts degree or related advanced degree (preferred)
  • Food Handler's certification (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff to improve service knowledge and operational skills
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Monitoring kitchen equipment and cleanliness to uphold safety standards
