Job Requirements

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Ability to work full time onsite in Roseville, California
  • Willingness to comply with correctional facility policies
  • Ability to follow company recipes and standards
  • Food Handler's certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees in food service operations
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • Coordinating kitchen activities and schedules
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
