Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees during meal service
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations
- Training new employees and providing ongoing staff development
- Handling inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
