Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager preferred
- Minimum of two years of food service supervisory experience required
- Ability to work varying shifts including AM and PM times
- Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise activities of Food Service staff preparing patient meals and meal trays
- Assist Starter during peak meal times to ensure efficient patient meal delivery
- Maintain communication with internal clients regarding task status and completion times
- Foster a teamwork mentality within the Food Service department
- Implement new ideas to support a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage scheduling including weekends and holiday rotations
