Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to articulate to general manager and personnel

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client through 452 Hospitality
- Ensure location or zone is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation
- Oversee operational duties for quick service, food service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards
- Support the build of daily prep and item lists and delegate tasks to employees
- Actively support operations and fill staffing gaps as necessary to ensure smooth service
- Assign associates to duties and coach them through daily tasks and guest interactions
- Respond efficiently to guest feedback
- Maintain knowledge of food safety, serve-safe temperatures, FIFO product rotation, safe food handling, storage and labeling, alcohol service, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain organizational upkeep of storage areas and back dock spaces within designated zones
- Conduct daily check-ins with outlets to ensure communication of preshift meeting information
- Control waste through proper prep levels and waste log tracking
- Ensure consistency and standards compliance with product serving
- Create and communicate staffing, prep, and to-do plans with direct reports
- Implement proper product merchandising as directed by Operations team
- Monitor and control production of zone-specific products like popcorn, kettle corn, cotton candy, mustard cups, bottled beverages, and other cart items
- Support oversight of personnel duties including training, performance reviews, coaching, break management, equipment inspection, and routine maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks as necessary.
