Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to articulate to general manager and personnel
  • Proven leadership skills with understanding of team building and development while fostering partnerships with other branch managers
  • Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills with strong organization
  • Demonstrates multitasking, detail, analytical, planning and leadership skills
  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, personable, professional, upbeat and energetic, takes initiative, uses tact and diplomacy
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes 10-35lbs as necessary
  • Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of quick service management and/or operations supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client embodying 452 Hospitality
  • Ensure location or zone is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation
  • Oversee operational duties ensuring quick service, food safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards are met and excelled
  • Support the build of daily prep and item lists, delegating to employees as necessary
  • Actively support operations and fill holes to ensure smooth service
  • Assign associates to duties, coach through projects, daily tasks, and guest interaction
  • Efficiently respond to guest feedback
  • Maintain general organizational upkeep of storage areas and back docks within zone
  • Conduct daily check-ins with outlets to ensure communication of preshift meeting information
  • Limit and control waste through proper prep levels and daily tracking
  • Maintain consistency with all product standards set by operations and culinary teams
  • Create and communicate next-day plans regarding staffing, prep, and to-do lists with direct reports
  • Implement proper merchandising as set by operations
  • Monitor and control production of all products in assigned zone
  • Oversee personnel duties including training, performance reviews, coaching, break management
  • Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks
  • Remain knowledgeable and supervise in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Perform other necessary tasks as required
