Job Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years of directly related food distribution experience or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience in institutional food service distribution
- Ability to supervise staff effectively
- Ability to maintain food quality and safety standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years of directly related food distribution experience or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience providing a knowledge or background in institutional food service distribution
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to maintain food quality and safety standards
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling and staffing
Job Duties
- Supervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas
- Enforce departmental work guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Maintain adequate staffing, food quality, schedules, and quality assurance records
- Complete assigned forecasting
- Order menu items to meet demand
- Assist in providing food service as needed
- Attend assigned meetings and conduct staff meetings
