Job Duties
- keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized
- sweep and mop floors
- clean and sanitize all food service equipment and surfaces
- wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery
- maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including tables, chairs, and serving areas
- prepare and serve resident's meals using proper food handling techniques
- receive and unpack deliveries
- maintain order in storage areas
- empty trash
- follow all health and safety regulations
- greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- other duties as assigned
