Job Requirements
- Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all service and kitchen equipment
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time
- 6 months dietary services or cooking experience preferred

- Prepare food items according to established standards
- Serve meals to residents ensuring proper portions and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with setup and cleanup of dining service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth dining experience
