Job Requirements
- Must have strong customer service experience with food service and willingness to learn the Marine Corps contract
- Ability to provide cleaning services within a food service environment
- Must have solid work ethics
- Must pass a background check to work on a military installation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 6 to 7 hours during shifts excluding break and lunch periods
- Ability to bend and stoop as required

Job Duties
- Clean all table tops and ensure that all counters and window sills are free from dust
- Ensure that all dining facility floors are swept and mopped on a daily basis
- Ensure that all napkin dispensers salt and pepper shakers and condiments dispensers are full before and after each meal
- Serve food to the military personnel
- Load and unload dirty dishes to the scullery machine pot shack
- Remove all dishes from the collection station and wash according to HACCP standards Wash all pots and pans and utensils in accordance to the HACCP standards
- Ensure that all kitchen floors are swept and mopped on a daily basis Bi-weekly floor waxing is also required
- Clean other kitchen equipment on a daily basis or as needed
