High school diploma or GED
Current criminal history record check if offered the position
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Willingness to work in hot and humid environments
Good math skills
Ability to follow recipes
Willingness to learn the computerized accountability system

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Current criminal history record check is required if offered the position
ServSafe certification is preferred
Prior successful school food service experience is a plus
Evidence of ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods up to 6+ hours on cement or tile kitchen floors
Ability to work in hot and humid environments
Good math skills
Knowledge of weight scales and sanitation is a plus
Ability to read and follow a recipe
Willingness to learn and run a computerized accountability system
Excellent team worker
