Job Duties
- Lead the daily operations of a busy school cafeteria
- Plan and coordinate the preparation and service of meals
- Cook and prepare a variety of foods in large quantities
- Supervise and support cafeteria staff
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards are met
- Manage inventory and food orders
- Maintain meal counts, production records, and required reports
- Oversee cashiering and daily deposit procedures
- Keep the kitchen running safely, efficiently, and smoothly
