Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Be reliable, punctual, honest, and have a good attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate cooking and food preparation equipment
- Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of company products and customer-related policies
- Ability to train and lead team members effectively
- Responsibility for all store operations in absence of Food Service Manager
Job Qualifications
- Customer relationship experience
- Successful completion of on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
- Patience and expertise in training others
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Understanding of register systems and back office software
Job Duties
- Ensure all store level tasks are completed efficiently
- Oversee food preparation and operate cooking equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations and dining areas
- Train and supervise team members on company policies and food safety
- Handle cash register duties as needed
- Support and lead store operations during shifts in absence of Food Service Manager
