Job Duties

  • Coordinate and direct daily operations in assigned food service areas
  • supervise, coordinate, and participate in activities of nutrition aides, sales assistants, and kitchen personnel
  • initiate partnerships with other departments to enhance service delivery
  • lead and train service staff in patient care and retail cafes
  • enforce quality and sanitation standards consistently
  • requisition food and food-related products to maintain inventory
  • manage sanitation plan responsibilities and assist in policy and procedure management
