  • minimum two years experience in related field
  • minimum two years experience planning, composing, and delivering training
  • experience delivering training and conducting audits
  • experience with data analysis and trending
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Handle quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives in the food services division
  • assist management in oversight and management of assigned contracts
  • provide quality customer service at all times
  • deliver training and conduct audits
  • perform data analysis and trend reporting for data-driven decision making
  • ensure compliance with performance work statements and contractual obligations
  • collaborate with staff and management to improve operational efficiency
