Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
- two years of related customer, sales and cross-functional department relationship building and teamwork
- ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
- experience in Stage Gate Methodology for product development preferred
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar preferred
- previous leadership experience preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to build professional relationships and facilitate collaboration
- excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Lead the RFP process to ensure project success from innovation to commercialization
- analyze project process including viability and profitability
- identify areas of improvement and recommend remedies
- initiate, lead and execute cross-functional project work
- review financial health, specifications, material and plant requirements
- communicate launch dates and validate readiness
- complete monthly forecasting and lead production scheduling
- create and update price lists and negotiate pricing of excess inventory
- collaborate with broker network and communicate price changes
- ensure R&D projects are completed and assess transition from test to full production
- manage customer payments and follow up on credit terms
- serve as liaison between Foodservice and SAP teams to develop supportive tools
- collaborate with Innovation and Trade Marketing to align projects with sales
- perform other duties as assigned
