Job Requirements

pass a drug test
pass a full FBI background check with no criminal convictions including DUI
be legally eligible to work in the United States through E-Verify
must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds
must be able to stand or walk for prolonged hours
bartenders must have a current New Mexico alcohol servers permit
maintain a clean, natural, and polished appearance

Job Qualifications

passion for customer service
ability to work in a fast-paced, social environment
strong communication skills
bartenders must have a current New Mexico alcohol servers permit
ability to stand or walk for prolonged hours
experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

serve food and beverages to guests aboard the train
interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
work in an open kitchen stadium-like area preparing and serving dishes
maintain a polished and professional appearance
perform essential duties efficiently and effectively
lift or move items up to 25 pounds
bartenders must hold a New Mexico alcohol servers permit
