Job Requirements
- bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field from accredited institution
- current registration as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Vermont State Certification preferred
- minimum of five years experience in comparable healthcare food service leadership role
- leadership experience in high volume healthcare food service
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- ability to manage budgets and operational performance
- experience collaborating across clinical nutrition, nursing, facilities, and finance departments
- preferred experience with unionized staff and labor agreements
- current ServSafe Manager certification preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- direct the planning, coordination, and delivery of food and nutrition services
- ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and service standards
- oversee budget management and operational performance
- collaborate with clinical nutrition and patient services teams to develop patient-centered menus
- provide leadership to kitchen and food service staff
- drive service innovation and quality assurance
- manage vendor and contract relationships
