Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years of previous experience
- 1-3 years of prior management experience
- Experience in the food service industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to nurture meaningful client and customer relationships
- Proficient in customer service as per Aramark standards
- Skilled in collaborating with multiple departments
- Capable of occasional physical tasks such as handling objects up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to stand for extended periods

- Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams including hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
- Guarantee that food service operations comply with executional strategy
- Provide coaching sessions to help teams grasp objectives and approaches
- Incentivize employees to encourage continued dedication
- Guarantee the preservation of safety and sanitation criteria in all processes
- Recognize client necessities and share updates on operational development
- Implement operational strategies and systems
- Boost earnings and oversee food, beverage, and labor cost management
- Generate and monitor P&L statements
- Hit goals for food and personnel objectives
- Maintain quality and control costs within budget
- Increase value through streamlined operations and effective profit supervision
- Manage manufacturing, distribution, and food provision processes
- Foster a safe and supportive environment
- Follow safety, health, and work hour regulations
- Construct and maintain procedures for food selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
- Generate operational component forecasts and oversee accounting
- Lead unit staff in production tasks, quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and training
- Attract, develop, and retain front-line workforce
- Perform stock assessments
- Comply with ARAMARK, governmental, and accrediting agency requirements
- Engage with client decision-makers and maintain relationships
- Participate in sales process and contract discussions
- Explore new products and services
- Handle front-end dining operations
- Develop and execute food service plans aligned with client values and sustainability goals
