Job Duties
- Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams through hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
- Guarantee food service operations align with Executional Strategy
- Provide coaching to help the team understand objectives and approaches
- Motivate employees with incentives to promote dedication
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Recognize client needs and communicate operational updates
- Implement financial strategies to improve earnings and monitor cost controls
- Generate and monitor profit and loss statements
- Manage resources effectively within budget
- Implement Aramark's workforce and food programs
- Streamline operations to enhance value and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
- Oversee manufacturing, distribution, and food provision
- Maintain a safe environment and adhere to policies
- Develop mechanisms for food selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, and menu enhancement
- Forecast operational components and manage related accounting
- Lead staff in production, presentation, quality control, cost control, labor management, and training
- Attract and retain frontline staff
- Conduct periodic stock assessments
- Maintain compliance with Aramark, government, and accrediting requirements
- Build strong client and customer relationships
- Participate in sales and contract discussions
- Innovate product and service offerings
- Manage front-end dining operations
- Develop and execute sustainable food service plans aligned with client values
