Job Duties

  • Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams to increase their input, including hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
  • Guarantee that food service operations are consistent with the Executional Strategy
  • Support team understanding of objectives and approaches through coaching sessions
  • Provide incentives to encourage employee dedication
  • Ensure preservation of safety and sanitation criteria
  • Recognize client necessities and share operational updates
  • Incorporate operational strategies and systems employed by Aramark
  • Implement strategies to boost earnings and oversee fiscal frameworks
  • Confirm generation and monitoring of P&L statements
  • Hit food and personnel goals
  • Maintain quality and control costs within budgetary parameters
  • Implement and uphold Aramark’s program for workforce and food efforts
  • Increase value through streamlined operations and controlled costs
  • Manage processes related to manufacturing, distribution, and food provision
  • Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere
  • Adhere to policies and regulations, particularly safety and health
  • Construct and sustain mechanisms for selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
  • Generate forecasts and provide insights on discrepancies
  • Oversee accounting functions
  • Lead and manage staff coordination of production, merchandise presentation, quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and training
  • Attract, secure, advance, and sustain workforce
  • Carry out periodic stock assessments
  • Comply with ARAMARK and government requirements through record-keeping
  • Interact with client decision-makers and ensure strong relationships
  • Participate in sales and contract discussions
  • Explore new product and service opportunities
  • Handle front-end dining operations
  • Develop and execute food service blueprints aligned with client values and sustainability
