Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • prior experience in the food service industry
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • physically able to stand for long periods
  • capable of lifting objects up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • recognize client necessities and share updates on operational development
  • incorporate operational strategies and systems
  • implement strategies to boost earnings and oversee fiscal frameworks
  • confirm consistent generation and monitoring of P&L statements
  • hit goals for food and personnel objectives
  • maintain quality and control costs by managing resources effectively
  • implement and uphold workforce and food efforts programs
  • increase value through streamlined operations, controlled costs, and profit supervision
  • ensure compliance with operational excellence principles
  • manage processes related to manufacturing, distribution, and food provision
  • foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients, customers, and employees
  • adhere to policies, rules, and regulations related to safety, health, and work hours
  • construct and sustain mechanisms for selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
  • generate operational forecasts and oversee accounting functions
  • lead unit staff in coordinating production, presentation, quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and staff training
  • attract, secure, advance, and sustain front-line workforce
  • carry out periodic stock assessments
  • comply with Aramark and regulatory requirements through proper record-keeping
  • interact with client decision-makers and ensure strong relationships
  • participate in sales processes and contract talks
  • explore options for new product and service introductions
  • handle front-end dining operations
  • develop and execute food service blueprints aligned with client principles and sustainability
