Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses
- Two years prior experience in fresh foods management
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Work in walk-in coolers and freezers
- Stand for long periods, bend and twist below waist, and reach above shoulder height
- Dexterity to operate equipment including knives, slicers, burners, ovens, fryers, and rotisseries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Two years of prior management experience in a fresh foods environment
- Experience in staff selection, training, performance management, scheduling, and expense management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and root cause problem-solving techniques
- Proven self-starter with decision-making capabilities
- Serv-Safe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of food service and beverage operations
- Support Store Manager in all facets of store operations
- Select, develop, and train food service associates
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory food service programs
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest complaints
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of food service equipment
- Analyze food service results and implement action plans
- Educate associates on marketing programs and initiatives
- Execute training, coaching, and performance management of associates
- Ensure safety, security, quality, and operational policy compliance
