Job Requirements

  • Three or more years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of food service and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Skills to make sound decisions and solve problems
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications related to food service
  • Basic mathematical and cash control capabilities
  • Ability to work variable hours including weekends
  • Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment physical

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of relevant food service experience
  • Working knowledge of food service and sanitation regulations
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time productively
  • Basic computer skills including point of-sale and inventory software
  • Basic mathematical skills related to cash management
  • Experience in leadership roles preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee patient food service and retail sales operations
  • Manage catering and sanitation processes to comply with health regulations
  • Act as unit or production manager in the absence of senior management
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members
  • Handle cash operations including deposits, drawer counts, opening, and closing
  • Onboard new employees and ensure compliance with departmental policies
  • Maintain customer service excellence and quality control in daily activities
