Job Requirements
- Three or more years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of food service and sanitation regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Skills to make sound decisions and solve problems
- Basic proficiency in computer applications related to food service
- Basic mathematical and cash control capabilities
- Ability to work variable hours including weekends
- Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment physical
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of relevant food service experience
- Working knowledge of food service and sanitation regulations
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and manage time productively
- Basic computer skills including point of-sale and inventory software
- Basic mathematical skills related to cash management
- Experience in leadership roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee patient food service and retail sales operations
- Manage catering and sanitation processes to comply with health regulations
- Act as unit or production manager in the absence of senior management
- Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members
- Handle cash operations including deposits, drawer counts, opening, and closing
- Onboard new employees and ensure compliance with departmental policies
- Maintain customer service excellence and quality control in daily activities
