Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year management experience
- Previous food and beverage experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar upscale hospitality venues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for high-level customer service
- Experience in bartending and supervising service teams
- Hands-on food production and safety experience
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts

Job Duties
- Have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
- Support both front and back of house operations
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff
- Ensure Sodexo standards are met including compliance with company food and physical safety programs
