Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience
  • Previous food and beverage experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar upscale hospitality venues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Passion for high-level customer service
  • Experience in bartending and supervising service teams
  • Hands-on food production and safety experience
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to work AM and PM shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work both AM and PM shifts

Job Duties

  • Have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • Support both front and back of house operations
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met including compliance with company food and physical safety programs
