Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Ability to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Ability to see clearly at various distances with or without correction
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of similar or related experience
- Excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Ability to guide people and provide basic direction
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices encouraged
Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading or unloading heavy items, and passing along suggestions
- Reviews daily production list and assigns tasks
- Ensures food display case product rotation and replenishment
- Oversees food quality and presentation for all relevant departments
- Works with chefs to plan menus and control provisioning and purchasing
- Estimates food and beverage costs and supervises portion control
- Sets department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability
- Analyzes sales trends and prepares ads
- Plans marketing, advertising, and special events
- Monitors health, safety standards and liquor regulations compliance
- Investigates and resolves complaints
- Directs hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel
- Enforces sanitary practices and food safety guidelines
