Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Completion of high school or equivalent is desirable
  • More than a year of experience in managing restaurants or retail establishments
  • Ability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Willingness to travel for work-related events and training
  • Completion of all required training programs mandated by Raising Cane's corporation
  • Physical ability to perform prolonged walking, standing, lifting, and bending
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
  • Capable of using protective gear when exposed to food items, industrial equipment, and cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • Possessing a keen eye for detail, being well-organized, and capable of handling various competing priorities that are subject to frequent fluctuations
  • Possessing self-motivation, adaptability, and a high level of enthusiasm along with excellent abilities in expressing ideas verbally and in writing
  • Capable of performing well with equal effectiveness and efficiency in solo and team settings
  • Capable of identifying issues, establishing objectives, implementing, and translating strategies into practical steps to address challenges
  • Competency in staffing, organizing schedules, managing personnel, and controlling expenses
  • Skilled in multiple technology platforms such as Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) and adept at swiftly acquiring knowledge of unfamiliar systems
  • Capable of covering a range of shifts such as daytime, evening, and weekend schedules, and willing to travel for work-related events and training as required
  • It is essential to finish all necessary training programs mandated by Raising Cane's corporation
  • More than a year of experience in managing restaurants or retail establishments
  • To engage in this activity, individuals must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Ensures that all areas of the restaurant meet Raising Cane's standards throughout a shift
  • Acts as the designated manager in charge during shifts and is responsible for both opening and closing procedures at the restaurant
  • Oversees the management of cash transactions and guarantees responsibility
  • Upholds the regulations and guidelines set by Raising Cane's
  • Conducts shift management meeting to uphold Raising Cane's operational and safety protocols
  • Utilizes necessary equipment, documentation, and records to facilitate the completion of tasks during a particular work period, record outcomes, and implement adjustments as necessary
  • Guides team members throughout a work period
  • Delivers outstanding customer support
  • Implements a program that uses rewards and recognition to motivate crew members at the restaurant
  • Grants permission for employee actions that necessitate managerial consent, such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock adjustments
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures that the facility is functioning properly
  • Carries out additional tasks as required
