The position of Food Service Manager at Aramark is a critical management role focused on overseeing and enhancing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a curated menu. They must apply Aramark’s established processes and performance metrics, educating the team on strategies to improve profitability by managing costs, controlling inventory and orders, and optimizing labor and food initiatives. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, wage, and labor regulations is essential to maintain a healthy working environment. Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain client and customer rapport

- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb
