Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- at least 1 year of food service management experience
- SERV Safe certification and/or food safety/HACCP knowledge
- ability to work independently and within a team
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Deliver strong operational performance by executing against Aramark Healthcare+ and regulatory agency standards and programs
- continually monitor operations and complete assessments and necessary action plans to provide optimal food quality and meal service
- drive patient and customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships through rounding
- ensure compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards
- manage food cost, procurement, and control waste
- supervise, staff, train, conduct applicable rounding and manage the performance of Food Service Supervisors and front-line staff regarding food presentation, quality, cost control and cash handling
- manage and control labor, resources and materials to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, staffing levels and cost control within budgetary guidelines
- schedule and manage food service activities in compliance with Aramark Healthcare+ food service systems
- utilize customer feedback to respond to customer and patient needs and to improve services
