Job Duties

  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff morale
  • Manage and direct all Food Service production and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Oversee and manage weekly schedules for department supervisors
  • Oversee ordering of supplies and products for the department including food, packaging, cleaning supplies, and equipment needs for all Food Service areas
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards including maintaining accurate cook and cool log data, cleaning schedules, and food and human safety standards and practices
  • Achieve and maintain gross profit and sales goals
  • Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager
