Job Duties
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff morale
- Manage and direct all Food Service production and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Oversee and manage weekly schedules for department supervisors
- Oversee ordering of supplies and products for the department including food, packaging, cleaning supplies, and equipment needs for all Food Service areas
- Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards including maintaining accurate cook and cool log data, cleaning schedules, and food and human safety standards and practices
- Achieve and maintain gross profit and sales goals
- Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager
