Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years multi-unit management experience in QSR or high-volume retail foodservice
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours including non-standard shifts
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years multi-unit management experience in QSR or high-volume retail with significant foodservice sales
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with subordinates, peers and managers
- Detail-oriented and capable of standing for long periods
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage at all levels, including remote locations
- Strong analytical skills with strategic vision to operational model translation
- Ability to recruit, train, develop and retain successful teams
- High level of integrity and dependability with results orientation
- Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data and KPIs

Job Duties
- Assist District and Store Managers to meet financial objectives based off of annual budget forecasts
- Monitor and review financial information on each location to ensure targets are met
- Monitor and manage the company’s KPIs daily, weekly and monthly
- Establish and maintain strong relationships and provide learning and training opportunities for store managers
- Work with HR to conduct annual reviews on all direct reports
- Train and ensure quality control of commissary and franchise food programs
- Assist in marketing, advertising, and community relations programs to drive sales growth
- Maintain foodservice standards by evaluating and auditing food and beverage offerings
- Work with Director of Safety to ensure safe environment for customers and co-workers
- Manage new program development, training, and rollouts
- Oversee project management of remodels, new builds, technology and equipment upgrades
- Provide training and ensure compliance of food safety certifications and proper food handling
- Act as point of contact for health departments and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support inventory management processes to ensure cost/margin targets are achieved
- Analyze sales and usage reports and implement corrective action plans
