Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Managerial experience for at least 5 years
- Culinary experience in food service industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- Culinary certificate preferred
- High school diploma required
- Managerial experience of at least 5 years
- At least 10 years of culinary experience as chef preferred
- Experience in five-star hotel or large institutional food service preferred
Job Duties
- Plan food production according to ARAMARK's procedures
- Supervise execution of food service operations to ARAMARK standards
- Control food cost and manage inventory
- Oversee implementation of food safety procedures
- Lead staff of 20-25 employees
- Design menus and prepare food orders
- Train and develop food service staff
- Maintain client communication and meet customer requirements
- Manage staffing, performance appraisals, and talent building
