Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in kitchen or food service operations
- ability to work full-time hours including weekends
- reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willing to support and share the Gospel as part of employment
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

- prior experience in food service or kitchen management preferred
- ability to manage a team including volunteers and program participants
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee all operational aspects of kitchen management
- manage inventory control and menu planning
- maintain board of health required forms and food safety practices
- perform regular cleaning and maintenance checks of kitchen equipment
- supervise food service workers including associates, volunteers, site staff, and program guests
- serve nutritious meals to 100 to 350 guests daily
- maintain a safe and clean environment consistent with ministry values
