Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years of management experience in food service or a related industry
- ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
- open availability
- strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- capability to develop and deliver training programs
- competency in analyzing financial and sales reports
- valid food handler and SERV Safe certifications or willingness to obtain
- capability to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Job Qualifications
- Associate or higher degree preferred
- prior experience in food service management or related field

- proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
- knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance

Job Duties
- Assist District and Store Managers to meet financial objectives based on annual budget forecasts
- monitor and review month-to-month and year-to-year financial information on each location
- monitor and manage the company’s KPIs daily, weekly and monthly
- establish and maintain strong relationships and develop training programs for store managers
- work with HR to conduct annual reviews on all direct reports
- train and control quality of commissary programs and franchise food programs
- develop and implement marketing, advertising, and community relations programs
- maintain foodservice standards through evaluation and audits
- ensure safe operation environments with the Director of Safety
- manage new program development, training and rollouts
- project manage remodels, new builds, technology and equipment upgrades
- provide food safety training and ensure compliance with food handler certifications
- act as point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure compliance
- support inventory management processes to meet cost and margin targets
