Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience
- familiarity with board of health regulations
- ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong organizational skills
- reliable and able to work the required full-time schedule
- agreement with Wheeler Mission Ministries mission, vision, faith statement, and core values

Job Duties
- oversee all operational aspects of kitchen management
- manage inventory control
- plan menus utilizing donations
- maintain board of health required forms and practices
- perform regular cleaning and maintenance checks of equipment
- supervise food service workers including associates, volunteers, and program guests
- ensure safe and clean environment
- collaborate to serve nutritious meals to 100 to 350 guests
- work with grace and uphold ministry values
