Job Requirements

  • technical secondary school education or higher
  • major in cooking
  • five years managerial experience in food service
  • ten years culinary experience preferred
  • proficiency in ms office applications
  • basic english language ability
  • strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work under pressure and handle complex issues
  • commitment to integrity and professional responsibility

Job Qualifications

  • technical secondary school education or above, majoring in cooking
  • managerial experience of at least five years
  • minimum of ten years experience as a chef in a five-star hotel or office building group meal environment preferred
  • mastery in Chinese, Western and various other cuisines
  • proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • basic english language skills
  • customer service orientation with strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and provide quick, effective solutions
  • demonstrated leadership and implementation capabilities
  • integrity, high responsibility, work enthusiasm, and professional dedication

Job Duties

  • follow the implementation of the aramark food services program according to standardized procedures
  • design menu, prepare orders and organize food production processes
  • lead food production ensuring quality and food safety standards
  • manage purchasing plan and inventory, assist with cost control and waste reduction
  • stay updated on catering industry trends and promote new menus
  • train and develop staff following aramark job skill training programs
  • maintain effective communication and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations
  • establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements
  • manage cook staffing, team building, performance appraisals and professional development
