Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform medium physical work
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Visual acuity with or without correction including depth perception and color vision
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions

- Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes damp environments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of similar or related experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Strong arithmetic skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Ability to guide and direct employees
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers warmly
- Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing items, and handling requests
- Answer telephone calls promptly and take product orders
- Work with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review daily production and assign tasks
- Ensure food display cases are rotated and replenished
- Scan kitchen for issues and assign tasks
- Maintain proper staffing levels
- Oversee food quality and presentation
- Manage inventory
- Plan menus and provisioning with chefs
- Estimate food and beverage costs
- Supervise portion control to minimize waste
- Perform quality checks
- Set department standards
- Analyze sales and prepare advertisements
- Plan marketing and special events
- Monitor health, safety, and liquor compliance
- Investigate food quality and service complaints
- Arrange maintenance and repairs
- Price menu items and ensure correct pricing
- Direct hiring, training, and scheduling
- Enforce sanitary food handling practices
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Handle customer issues
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
- Adhere to company policies
- Report to work on time
- Assume supervisory duties in absence of managers
- Assist in other store areas
- Ensure competitive pricing
