Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of similar or related experience
- sanitation (Food Safety) courses encouraged
- ability to perform medium work involving physical exertion up to 50 pounds occasionally
- visual acuity for a range of distances with depth and color perception
- ability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to follow company policies
- readiness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- assist customers by escorting them to products and handling requests
- answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service
- work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- review daily production list and assign tasks
- ensure food display case products are rotated and replenished
- scan kitchen for needed tasks and assign to staff
- manage staff shifts to meet customer needs
- oversee food quality and presentation across all departments
- oversee inventory management
- collaborate with chefs to plan menus and purchase supplies
- estimate food and beverage costs
- supervise portion control to minimize waste
- perform frequent quality checks of preparation and service
- set department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability
- analyze sales, prepare ads and plan marketing functions
- monitor health and safety compliance
- investigate and resolve complaints
- arrange for maintenance and repairs
- select menu items and assign prices based on cost analysis
- direct hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel
- enforce sanitary practices and follow food safety guidelines
- handle and resolve customer issues
- maintain personal hygiene and dress standards
- adhere to company policies
- report to work on time
