Job Requirements
- Technical secondary school education or above
- Managerial experience of at least 5 years
- At least 10 years of culinary experience preferably in five-star hotels or group meal settings
- Proficient in cooking both Chinese and Western cuisines
- Skilled in creating innovative menus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic English language skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems
- Leadership and management competence
- High integrity and strong sense of responsibility
Job Qualifications
- Technical secondary school education or higher with a major in cooking
- Managerial experience of at least 5 years
- Minimum 10 years experience as a chef in five-star hotels or large group meal settings preferred
- Mastery in Chinese, Western, and various other cuisines
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic competency in English
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and provide creative problem-solving
- Demonstrated leadership and implementation skills
- Integrity, responsibility, work enthusiasm, and professional dedication
Job Duties
- Plan and supervise food production according to Aramark procedures
- Implement food safety and quality standards within the kitchen
- Design menus and prepare orders based on client requirements
- Manage purchasing plans and inventory control
- Assist with cost control and waste reduction
- Train and develop staff through Aramark Job Skill Training programs
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
- Lead staffing, evaluate performance, and support team building
- Promote new menus and stay updated on food industry trends
