Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Successful completion of a satisfactory background check
  • Completion of Live Scan background check prior to employment
  • Maintains a satisfactory driving record according to California DMV Pull Notice System
  • Pass backlifting exam
  • Able to work nights and weekends
  • Fully onsite attendance
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a high-volume food service operation
  • Ability to control costs including food, labor, and supplies
  • Experience hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating employees
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation rules
  • Ability to lead teams in providing outstanding customer service
  • Preferred experience with software for report preparation
  • Ability to conduct group training sessions
  • Availability to work weekends, swing shifts, and overtime

Job Duties

  • Provide sound leadership and direction to the restaurant team
  • Oversee daily operations, customer service, and sanitation
  • Supervise scheduling and training of staff
  • Manage meal setup, service, and cleanup processes
  • Control food, labor, and supply costs
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep
  • Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Foster positive interactions with team members and guests
  • Prepare written reports and spreadsheets
  • Conduct group training sessions on customer service and food safety
  • Work varied shifts including weekends and overtime
