Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven food service management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certification
- Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Demonstrated customer service experience with problem-solving skills
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot minor problems
Job Duties
- Manage daily operation of all food service areas including made-to-order food, commissary food, bakery, and dispensed beverages including self-service and full-service
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance, provide feedback, and coach specialists
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Control operational costs, moderate waste and lost sales
- Order and maintain inventory for goods, supplies, utensils, and cleaning products
- Train and recruit new and current employees
- Enforce company procedures and protocols
- Perform other store tasks as assigned by Store Manager
