Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven food service management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification
  • Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with problem-solving skills
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor problems

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operation of all food service areas including made-to-order food, commissary food, bakery, and dispensed beverages including self-service and full-service
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance, provide feedback, and coach specialists
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Control operational costs, moderate waste and lost sales
  • Order and maintain inventory for goods, supplies, utensils, and cleaning products
  • Train and recruit new and current employees
  • Enforce company procedures and protocols
  • Perform other store tasks as assigned by Store Manager
