Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year food service management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the food service industry
- Ability to enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic form
- Ability to handle responsibility for proper presentation, portion control and serving temperature
- Required to perform duties inside cooler and freezer
- Ability to supervise others including assigning/directing work, conducting evaluations, training, disciplinary/corrective actions, and implementing policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Ensuring customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer questions and resolving needs in a friendly, accurate and timely manner
- Ensures all federal, state and company regulations for product freshness, safety, refrigeration and sanitation are met
- Ensures food items are stored in a safe and hazard free environment
- Ensures all food items are prepared and served according to recipe cards
- Provides excellent customer service
- Places product orders for food service department
- Completes weekly and end of month food service inventory accurately
- Trains, motivates and develops food service employees
- Maintains and cleans food service equipment including ice cream machines
- Performs other functions assigned by Store Manager or District Manager
