Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year food service management experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in the food service industry
  • Ability to enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic form
  • Ability to handle responsibility for proper presentation, portion control and serving temperature
  • Required to perform duties inside cooler and freezer
  • Ability to supervise others including assigning/directing work, conducting evaluations, training, disciplinary/corrective actions, and implementing policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year food service management experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in food service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Ensuring customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer questions and resolving needs in a friendly, accurate and timely manner
  • Ensures all federal, state and company regulations for product freshness, safety, refrigeration and sanitation are met
  • Ensures food items are stored in a safe and hazard free environment
  • Ensures all food items are prepared and served according to recipe cards
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Places product orders for food service department
  • Completes weekly and end of month food service inventory accurately
  • Trains, motivates and develops food service employees
  • Maintains and cleans food service equipment including ice cream machines
  • Performs other functions assigned by Store Manager or District Manager
