Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to drive employee success
- Passion for high level customer service
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
Job Qualifications

- Strong hospitality skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for delivering high level customer service
Job Duties
- Have oversight of daily food service operations for skilled, assisted living and memory care residents including dining room service and tray service for approx. 110 residents
- Meet with residents and families to discuss diets and participate in Care Plan meetings
- Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
- Develop strategic plans
- Create a positive environment
- Ensure Sodexo standards are met
