Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to drive employee success
  • Passion for high level customer service
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong hospitality skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for delivering high level customer service

Job Duties

  • Have oversight of daily food service operations for skilled, assisted living and memory care residents including dining room service and tray service for approx. 110 residents
  • Meet with residents and families to discuss diets and participate in Care Plan meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Develop strategic plans
  • Create a positive environment
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met
